The International Cold Water Prawn Forum 2023 (ICWPF) was recently held in Copenhagen.
The ICWPF is a conference where organizations and individuals in the sector can gather and share information about the coldwater prawn industry.
The event is attended by some of the most important players in the seafood industry in the North Atlantic, such as Royal Greenland, Polar Seafood, Carsoe, and Stella Polaris.
ALVAR, as a technology provider for the seafood industry, participated as a speaker in this year’s edition.
ALVAR’s CEO, Guðmundur Sigþórsson, gave a presentation about Food Hygiene in the Blue Economy and showcased ALVAR’s technology.
Guðmudnur explained how it can help industry players face some of their environmental and food safety challenges.
