HOW IT WORKS
ALVAR Mist is an efficient method of disinfecting food processing facilities. The mist is a mixture of water and disinfectant chemicals which is evenly distributed around the area. Thanks to its very thin droplets, the mist kills bacteria in difficult-to-reach areas, gaps in the machinery, under surfaces, the air above the production area, and the ventilation system
THE SANITATION
PROCESS
For achieving high quality standards, the sanitation process is usually divided in three steps: Rinsing - Cleaning - Disinfection. Traditionally, all steps are done manually with low-pressure handheld cleaning systems. ALVAR automates the disinfection process, replacing the manual work and disinfecting full factories in 15-30 minutes
